Spark & Siege

Privacy Policy

Effective October 14, 2026

In short: Spark and Siege does not collect, store or share any personal data. Your progress and settings stay on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Spark and Siege has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. The game does not send data about you or how you play to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your device

To let you pick up where you left off, the game saves the following in its own storage on your device:

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes it.

Device features

Spark and Siege may read your device's motion sensors to tilt the campaign map as you move your phone, and may use vibration for haptic feedback. Motion readings are used in the moment and are neither stored nor sent anywhere. You can turn haptics off in Settings.

Apple and TestFlight

If you get Spark and Siege through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple may collect information under its own privacy policy. For example, if you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics, and TestFlight passes along any feedback you choose to send. Anything we receive through Apple is used only to fix problems and improve the game.

This website

sparkandsiege.com is hosted on Cloudflare. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies and loads nothing from other sites. The game itself sends nothing.

Children

Spark and Siege collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
